VWTB expands its parts and accessories center by 10%

VW Truck & Bus ended 2025 by strengthening its after-sales structure, which prompted the automaker to expand its parts and accessories center. The expansion resulted in a gain of more than 10% in product storage capacity, equivalent to an additional 5,000 m² of inventory space. Behind these results are the addition of new components to its different lines, partnerships with more suppliers, and operational improvements.

“Our excellence in after-sales translates into maximum vehicle availability in operation. This continuous growth is part of our commitment to offering customers solutions with agility and quality. This reinforces our determination to meet the demands of an increasingly dynamic market,” comments Ricardo Alouche, Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and After-Sales at VWTB.

As part of this strategy, the company has also made international advances. Volkswagen Truck & Bus opened a parts and accessories center next to its factory in the city of Querétaro, Mexico, strengthening its global presence and service capacity in different markets.

Demand grows for more sustainable and economical offerings

Guided by the pillars of ESG and the circular economy, the Volks Greenline, a line of remanufactured parts, has been winning over more and more customers, reflecting growth of around 20%. In this modality, used components are reused and restored through rigorous processes that ensure quality and safety. Among the factors that influenced this result are the expansion of the portfolio and the immediate availability of products throughout the VWTB network. With original parts costing up to 30% less, the Economy line has undergone strategic growth with 30 new items available, representing a 40% increase in the portfolio for trucks and buses over three years old. Among the new products are fuel filters and wiper blades for the Worker, Delivery, Constellation, and Meteor lines.

VWTB expands its lubricants portfolio and advances in the market

In 2025, the Almax line surpassed the 5 million liter sales mark. New products were also added to the portfolio, notably the new radiator additive, compatible with every line equipped with MAN D08 or D26 engines.
